1) Change screen orientation.
Rotate device to swap Portrait/Landscape sensor orientation, or hold Mute button to switch orientations and lock. Sensor orientation is restored when the app is relaunched.
2) Enter a DTMF string, play it back, clear the sequence.
Use the DTMF keypad to populate the sequence text field. Alternatively, you can tap on the sequence text field to invoke a soft keyboard, use voice input, or use an external USB/Bluetooth keyboard. Tap the DTMF button to begin playback. You may pause/resume playback by tapping DTMF, or stop and clear the sequence by holding DTMF. Use the Mute button to silence DTMF tones while programming.
3) Set parameters: Tone Duration, Tone/Silence ratio, CTCSS.
Enter a sequence and adjust the Tone Duration and Duty Cycle sliders until you have a desired playback rate.
CTCSS ON plays a CTCSS tone along with DTMF keypad input or string playback.
CTCSS LOOP plays the CTCSS tone in the background.
Hold CTCSS to choose from a list of frequencies.
4) Save the DTMF sequence and settings to a list.
Enter a DTMF sequence and set parameters. Hold the area above the keypad to save the string to a list. To name, hold again and tap the middle text field to invoke a soft keyboard. Enter a name, then hold yet again to save name. Follow the prompts.
5) View/Overwrite/Rename DTMF strings.
Tap above the keypad to see all saved DTMF entries and select an entry from the list. If desired, change the parameters. Hold above the keypad to save, tap to overwrite, then hold to rename. Tap the center text field to invoke a soft keyboard, enter a name, and then hold above the keypad to save name.
6) Delete a DTMF entry.
Recall an entry from the list, then hold the top area to overwrite. Hold again to delete.
7) Send a tone burst to access repeater, send a dial tone, busy signal.
Tap to select among 1750Hz, 350Hz, 400Hz, 450Hz, 950Hz, 1400Hz, 1800Hz. Hold to send a tone burst.
